Production Line

Shinygreenspace, has been dedicated to the air purifcation industry for 19years, with a strong emphasis on R&D and innovation. The company boastscore air purification technologies and related solutions in felds such asmicroelectronics,semiconductors, aerospace, biomedicine, and commercialand residential indoor air quality.The Company has an FFU cabinet production and assembly workshopcovering approximately 12,000 square meters, and is equipped with advancedCNC punching,laser, and multi-edge bending production lines from Tailift,.ensuring the sealing and leak rate of the cabinets using precision sheet metalprocesses, HEPA filters and cabinets are assembled in dust-free workshops.ensuring high performance and cleanliness. The Company has four operationand aging test production lines, with each unit tested for correct operationbefore leaving the factory. HEPA filters are scanned individually,in line withEN1822 standards to ensure that all quality requirements are met. TheCompany has established an FFU acoustic power laboratory, a performanceand aging laboratory,and a comprehensive filter performance laboratory,conforming to lSO,GB, EN, and ASHRAE professional standards.
